This week on Harlem Heights Ashlie And Brooke continued to voice their opinions on each other.  Bridget hosted a dinner party which turned into a “calling out” session for Pierre as he confronted Brooke and Christian for the kiss they shared that infamous night that has been up for discussion by everyone since.  Pierre was obviously offended repeatedly telling Brooke and everyone else she was not his type lol knowing he asked her out and was anticipating a second date.

It has been rumored for a while now that Ciara and 50 cent have been a couple. I for one did not believe it because I think she’s too good for him! Seems like I’m wrong though. This weekend they checked into a room at Times Square Hotel & Residences on West 44th Street. Sources say the room only had one bed, and I’m pretty sure 50 didn’t sleep on the couch…I guess CiCi wasn’t lying when she said the dope boys turn her on.

On Wednesday Star Jones Reynoldswas on Oprah for the first time along with Marie Osmond and Valerie Bertinelli discussing weight loss in the public eye. She was very candid discussing her gastric bypass surgery and her reason for not coming clean about the surgery in the beginning. According to Star, she was very ashamed that she couldn’t control her weight problem. She also admitted to not being happy as a big woman, even though she always appeared to be. I for one am thrilled that she finally came out with the truth, even though we all pretty much knew she was lying. It doesn’t take a genius to figure out that you don’t drop that amount of weight in that amount of time by eating right and doing pilates. The only thing that was missing from the interview was talk of her Ex hubby Al Reynolds. I wish she discussed the reasons for her divorce, from what I hear Al was nothing but a big freeloader. She ought to be glad that she doesn’t have to carry around his dead weight anymore (she lost enough pounds…she shouldn’t have to carry any extra). All in all I was very impressed with this new truth telling Star Jones. Like my mama say… THE TRUTH SHALL SET YOU FREE!!!

In A Perfect World

 Hilson told the Associated Press she really wants women to relate to this album.”We all in a perfect World have something we would change about ourselves or love life or economic status…” said Hilson. She went on to say she was still heavy into song writing for other artist even after her record deal. During that time she wrote hits such as Icebox performed by Omarion and Gimme More made famous by Britney Spears. As a song writer she was content but not fulfilled, now she is fulfilled performing her own songs and receiving rave reviews on the album.

In my egotistical opinion I liked the CD.  I’m not too excited about pop music so I wasn’t initially anticipating the release  but after listening I realized she is versatile she is more than the new “It girl” performing over the Timbaland beats  appealing to pop lovers. There are 14 tracks on the album and I really like 10. 10 out of 14 is not bad.

According to Soullow, Neffe’s fiance and a rapper turned Chef, Neffe will be giving us an in-dept view on her life with her fiance and children during the first season of her reality show. Soullow was interviewed on Essence.com about his relationship with Neffe and his feelings about Frankie. Earlier this year Frankie was on a radio station accusing Soullow of being a freeloader and not taking care of Neffe. Soullow said it didn’t hurt his feelings because he knows its not true and further elaborated on how he helped Neffe out earlier in their relationship after the first season of the hit reality show The Way It Is was taped. you can find the rest of the interview including Neffe’s at www.Essence.com I’ll be sure to watch Neffe’s Reality show when it airs. Brooke and Christian kissed again while trying to figure out why they kissed the first time lol. They tried to Blame it on the alcohol but Briana wasn’t having any of it. Brooke and Ashlie looked as though they were trying to patch up a damaged friendship as the show came to a close. Did anyone catch Young Harlem trying to make a move on Ally? I saw it and as he was talking I just couldn’t get the image of “It” from I love money 2 out of my head. He was rambling and not making any sense lol. well, thats my egotistical opinion Whats yours?

COLLEGE HILL March 31, 2009 episode

After a vote of 4 to 2 Terri was voted off College Hill. Even though Milan punched her first, it’s my belief that Terri had it coming. Terri threaten Milan with a pool stick, a pool ball and she threaten to get her family involved. You can’t try to hit someone with a pool ball and then be surprised when they hit you. Terri shouldn’t have started a fight she couldn’t finish! Maybe now that she’s been put off the show she’ll consider taking some anger management classes. Just my egotistical opinion

I’m a big fan of Bravo’s The Real Housewives of New York so I was extremely shocked to learn that the Count not only cheated on, but is leaving the Countess…

As if New York 1, 2 and New York goes to Hollywood wasn’t enough, Tiffany “New York” Pollard has signed on with VH1 again to do another ‘reality’ show called “New York Goes to Work. “This show does have an interesting twist. Viewers get to decide what job they want New York to do, if she stays on the job for an entire week she gets $5K. From what I hear the jobs will be anything but glamorous. She must really be feeling the recession. Just My Egotistical Opinion though.
